 JOE VEGA

“DO THE WORK”

A native New Yorker hailing from The Bronx, Joe Vega is 20 year veteran in the health and fitness industries. Throughout Joe’s career in both the health + fitness industries, he has successfully bridged the gap between physical therapy and fitness services. Now, Joe has concentrated his focus on educating corporations and 1:1 coaching clients on the interconnectedness between the mind, body, and spirit as he progresses clients through a comprehensive healing process. Educating his clients on how a lower back pain can cause both physical, emotional and even spiritual trauma that can lead the client on a downward spiral further and further away from their desired results. Whether a client is suffering with a chronic injury or coping with the anxiety of inactivity due to the impact of the COVID pandemic, Joe utilizes his vast experience to establish a foundation that is conducive with growth in the mind, body and spirit.

Joe battled chronic anxiety that led to thoughts of suicide for many years. It wasn’t until he made a conscious effort to “Do the Work” on his mind + body + spirit was he able to get to the root of his issues. After a transcendental experience with plant medicine and thousands of hours of deep meditation, Joe has been able to establish a deep connection with himself that has helped him connect on deeper level to his clients.

Joe prides himself on his strong core value system that helps both his clients and himself which include:

  1. Authenticity

  2. Self Care

  3. Empathy

  4. Compassion

  5. Service to Others

Clients can expect a thorough initial assessment with Joe that encompasses elements of his holistic approach. Establishing trust from day one is the number one priority as this work may be difficult at times. Once this level of trust is established, a custom program will be created that will include the following elements:

  • Rehab of Chronic Pains + Injuries

  • Nutrition Assessment

  • Strength Program (Lifting, Yoga, + Boxing)

  • Mindfulness (Guided Meditation + Breathwork)
